Lisa was born and raised in South Africa and moved to the UK in 2001. Lisa has 17 years experience in brand and communication research and has lived in Geneva Switzerland and Chicago before moving back to the UK where she has now settled in Warwick. Lisa founded Robert’s Wish in 2015 and has worked extensively supporting youth and parents navigate their way through various challenges related to bullying. She is someone who will go out of her way to help someone and strives to make a difference where possible. Lisa was bullied both at school and in the workplace and often shares her own experience with others in the hope that it will help someone who is going through the same experience. Lisa also hosts Robert’s Wish podcast “Seen & Heard”. Lisa’s most important role is being a Mum to her 1 year old daughter Madison.
Sarah has more than 25 years’ experience in the education sector in both UK and South Africa. Born in the UK with mild cerebral palsy and the personal struggles associated with it, as well as growing up in South Africa with the injustice of apartheid, Sarah has always made been empathetic to people around her. This burning desire to help those in need, was the main reason why she entered the teaching profession in South Africa, delivering Science/Biology in a state maintained school, where she could use her skills to help the underprivileged in her spare time. Sarah has gained first-hand experience working with deprived/bullied teenagers in inner London schools, fuelling her interest in counselling, coaching, mindfulness and mediation. As a qualified BACP counsellor and EDP Practitioner and trainer, Sarah could practise these skills working as a Housemistress of 75 girls from all cultural backgrounds. In this role, as a Child Protection Officer and as a Staff Listener, Sarah found the most challenging aspects involved dealing with self harm, loss of loved ones, substance abuse, relationship conflict within families, acceptance of differences within a community, severe medical issues, behavioral issues as well as parental expectations. Sarah’s extensive experience of mindfulness and coaching over 20 years as well as a Certificate in Counselling Skills, a qualification in Coaching, Mindfulness and Meditation, has allowed her to design, develop and train many young people and adults in her own effective Peer Mentoring Program within schools.

Duncan has almost two decades of global luxury hospitality experience, 14 of which have been in sales and marketing. Through his career he has developed long standing relationships across multiple sectors working as part of, and leading, sales and marketing teams for independent luxury hotels. Duncan is passionate about doing what he can to help youth and looks forward to working together with the Robert’s Wish team.
Becky is an IT professional focussing on the power of Data Driven Insights for the past 13 years in a number of sectors. Knowing Lisa Hunter (founder) for many years and seeing her drive and dedication for Roberts Wish, the opportunities to support the youth community through the 3 core pillars is endless.Having a family of her own she’s passionate about the vision to help and support through the Roberts Wish Family and the positive affect it could have on these young people’s lives
Ginni Saraswati’s family migrated to Australia from Sri Lanka when she was just 2 years old. In her first few weeks at pre school, she did not speak due to shyness and lack of confidence being the kid who looked different from everyone else. It was through the encouragement of her teachers and best friend that gave her the confidence to speak up. With a career spanning over a decade in broadcast radio, Ginni has featured on two breakfast shows in Melbourne – The Hump Day Crew and Rise Up Radio as well as LA Talk Radio. Now, she is a host of three podcasts; Monday Mocha, The Daily Gin and The Ginni Show, which was recently signed to Nova Entertainment, one of the leading broadcast networks in Australia. Currently based in New York City, Ginni heads up Ginni Media LLC and works with over 20 clients in podcast coaching, distributing, marketing and creation. She started this solo podcast in 2016 and it has since been a finalist at the Australian Podcast Awards in the Comedy Category. The podcast bought more normations as Ginni was nominated for Broadcaster of the Year at the Australian LGBTI Awards, a dual Nova Podquest Top 10 Finalist and she was ranked #12 on the LOTL Power List in 2016. As she has lived a life where speech and communication has been so vital to her livelihood, she wants to serve others in their vision through the power of speech and the voice platform; to inspire, motivate and enlighten the ears, hearts, minds and lives of people
